Your beautiful fresh flowers and gifts  can be delivered the same day if orders placed by 2:pm local time.
Please note that most gourmet items are next day delivery only.  Please call us directly should you require same day delivery on these items. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or on Public holidays.
We will not leave flowers on door steps or back porches if the recipient is not home. If the recipient is not home the delivery personal will attempt to leave it with a neighbor and will leave a ‘calling card’ detailing where they can pick up their flowers.  They will leave this card on the front door, and attempt to leave a message on the recipients’ answering machine if available.

Delivering to Business in Winnipeg, Canada or The United States
Same day delivery is available to all business locations when ordered by 10:AM local time.  Deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered by 4:30pm local time.

At peak times such as Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time. During these times, deliveries are generally scheduled for next day delivery only, so please order early.
The best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to contact the recipient directly. The next best method is to contact us on the next business day after scheduled delivery. We strive to ensure that we are able to provide consistent, reliable and successful deliveries. We are confident you will find our services to be highly reliable and professional. Please note that at very busy holiday times (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) we may not be able to respond to phone inquiries immediately. Rest assured, we are completely aware that your flower gift is very important, and our trained, professional staff is working very hard to achieve complete satisfaction for both recipient and sender.

• We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests, whenever possible, except for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In many cases we are limited simply by time zone variations and/or the amount of available time needed to fulfill an order as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
• During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower-giving times during the year. For Mother's Day in particular, we recommend choosing a delivery date on the Friday or Saturday before busy Mother's Day. Mom will love the early gift of flowers!
• Please note that our delivery agents are often not allowed to take a flower order directly to the recipient's room in hospitals, hotels, and in some businesses or military installations. Due to the unique nature of these deliveries, we will gladly guarantee delivery only to the reception desk or suitable equivalent.
