Create your own bouquet to suit the recipient! The flowers offered on our ""Build your own bouquet" are flowers that we normally carry in our store if the season allows. There may be times when the flowers you have chosen may not be available. Should this happen our designers will choose a substitution based on the following criteria:
If your bouquet is all one color we will choose another flower to match the color selection.
If your bouquet is all one type of flower we will choose the same flower in a different color.
If your bouquet is mixed color we will choose a similar color or flower to compliment the look of your bouquet.
All substitutions will be of equal of greater value.
Should our designers feel that any substitutions would not complement the rest of your bouquet we will call you to discuss options available to you.
